Each segment can have a list of poses. During class, the app shows all the poses in the current segment and highlights the one you're on. Use the ▲▼ buttons to reorder segments.

Add a background image behind the app (optional).
This size only applies when Tiling is selected. It's set to your image's width by default — adjust to taste.
Tip: for tiling, use a small PNG (e.g. 100–200px) so it loads fast and tiles cleanly.
Make the timer card match the title box and let the background show through it.
